Comprehensive solutions to simplify, accelerate, and optimize warehouse processes. Processes such as receiving or relocating items or inventory can be simplified and made more efficient using a mobile data entry (MDE) device in combination with Pick-by-Light.
Receiving and Relocation
The system suggests storage locations with the item as well as empty storage spots in the surrounding area. Standard values can also be set for the individual steps during receiving or relocation, minimizing the number of user actions. An intelligent relocation process significantly increases the storage speed. Storage locations already occupied by items are suggested, which maximizes storage space utilization and greatly reduces the number of variants in the storage locations.

Inventory
The cut-off date and empty location inventory function is strictly developed according to the four-eye principle and in compliance with auditor requirements. There is the option for continuous inventory with the possibility to set inventory rules (e.g., a count should be performed when stock is below <5).
