They receive their work instructions in an easy-to-understand format with visual support, which helps reduce potential sources of error. By using a worker assistance system, check systems, tools, or other input and output devices can be easily integrated.

Stand-alone Solution

Our Pick-by-Light system includes an integrated process control that does not require connection to an ERP system, PC, network, or anything else. The system is trained via barcode navigation and can capture more than 100 different assembly processes (or over 3,000 individual process steps).
