INTERVENTION CONTROL VIA LIGHT GRID MATRIX
There are many possible applications for our intervention monitoring with the iX-tech software. Especially in industry at assembly stations or in production lines, for example, removal or refilling can be checked or processes supported.
How does it work?
To ensure that any intervention is reliably detected at the storage location without the employee having to intervene, iX-tech uses a modern light grid system. These light grids are mounted as frames around the storage locations. It does not matter whether it is an assembly storage location or an order-picking storage location. The areas within the light grid matrix, which represent the picking zones of the individual storage locations, are conveniently allocated by a predefined manual movement. It is also very easy to change the storage sizes at a later date. With the introduction of the iX-tech light grid matrix, your retrieval becomes safer and faster.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
It requires a control module to control the light grid matrix. A light grid strip pair consists of a transmitter and receiver strip. Light grid strip pairs are available in predefined pitches up to a maximum length of 6m with a beam spacing in the light grid strip from 12.5mm to 50mm. The light grid is mounted as a frame around the workstation. This means that relocations and adjustments of the storage locations are easily possible without having to modify the light grid.
