With the ix.mate handheld device, an immense number of processes in the warehouse can be simplified. Complete processes in the warehouse can be monitored, accelerated and controlled.

PICKLIST INSERT
The ix.mate handheld picking device enables you to process your pick list electronically with photo support. It helps your employees to pick quickly and without errors. Confirmation is done by touching the item image or by scanning the item barcode.
Pick2Light SUPPORT
To further increase picking speed and reduce picking errors, the handheld device can be optimally used in combination with our pick-by-light systems.
OFFLINE OPERATION
To make the introduction and the investment as simple and low as possible, an intelligent caching mechanism has been built in. With this caching mechanism, many functions and the item images are available offline, so that you can pick without paperwork even in areas without or with poor WLAN coverage.
EMPLOYEE BRIEFING AND CONTROL
Pick lists can be assigned to individual employees at a central control panel. The warehouse manager can see the progress of all current pick lists on a monitor. In addition, information can be sent to individual employees at any time. This offers the advantage of assigning follow-up orders in other work areas to the employee without losing time.
FAST STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL
Storage locations with the item as well as empty storage locations in the vicinity are suggested to the operator – thus maximising storage space utilisation. Likewise, default values can be stored for the individual steps during storage or retrieval, which minimises the number of user actions.
INTELLIGENT RELOCATION
An intelligent stock transfer process significantly increases the storage speed. Storage locations already occupied with the item are suggested, maximising storage space utilisation and greatly reducing the number of variants in the storage bins.
