Rolling Picking
Order-specific boxes are packed onto a picking trolley. Storage locations and trolleys are equipped with Pick and Put-to-Light technology. The employee is guided through the warehouse with an optimized route. The picking is confirmed with a mobile data entry (MDE) device or directly at the LED module (infrared sensor). All items are picked and the orders are distributed in boxes, which can be directly brought to the packing station.

Batch Picking
A multi-order task is initiated. The employee is guided through the warehouse with an optimized route and picks all orders into a container/trolley or similar. The order batch is then brought to the sorting station.

Station-Based Picking
The orders are sequentially routed to the employees’ zones. After the orders have been clearly identified (e.g. via scanning, RFID, etc.), our assistance systems, such as Pick-by-Light, ensure correct picking within the zone and provide further instructions via a screen terminal.
