Sorting System

Items that are picked during the batch picking process need to be assigned to orders at a sorting station later. Each box represents a customer order, and items are sorted using Put-to-Light at the shelf.

The processes of picking, sorting, and packing are thus separated and can be processed at different speeds and times.

Software component

  • html ix.light control software. Integration with existing ERP, shop, CRM, and/or shipping systems. Custom process design possible.

Hardware component

  • Put-to-Light at the sorting station

  • Scanner solution or mobile data entry (MDE) device

  • Screen terminal (optional)
